TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of Service
Welcome to Tongping Pro. By registering, signing in, downloading the client, or using remote-screen, device, plan, or recharge features, you agree to these Terms and the referenced Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. The service
Tongping Pro provides Windows device enrollment, remote screen viewing, permission-based keyboard and mouse control, multi-display and content collaboration, device allowance, and order management. Available capabilities, allowances, and plans are those shown in the product and order records.
2. Accounts and security
- Provide lawful and accurate information, protect your password, and do not transfer, rent, or share an account for unlawful use.
- If you discover an unauthorized sign-in, device, or order, change your password and contact us promptly.
- To protect an account, existing web and client sessions may end after a password change, account suspension, or risk event.
3. Remote-control responsibility
You may connect only to devices you own, administer, or are expressly authorized to access. You are responsible for obtaining every authorization required to control a device and process screen content, files, and personal data. You must not bypass remote-device approval, access another person's device, or conduct covert monitoring.
4. Charges, orders, and invoices
The device count, service term, price, and currency recorded in the order snapshot govern a paid plan. A recharge is credited only after the payment provider's verified final status. Invoice requests and downloads are governed by the records in the account center.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for intrusion, fraud, malware, access-control evasion, infringement, privacy violations, platform interference, bulk probing, or conduct that violates applicable law. We may rate-limit, suspend, or end clearly abusive or unlawful activity.
6. Software and intellectual property
Rights in the product, website, clients, interfaces, code, marks, and documentation belong to their respective owners. Except as needed for ordinary use or expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, sell, exploit, or remove rights notices without permission.
7. Availability and changes
We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service, but networks, devices, payment providers, maintenance, and events beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions. Material changes affecting prices, core rights, or personal-data processing will be posted prominently.
8. Limitation of liability
Back up important data and assess remote-operation risks. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by user error, unauthorized control, third-party networks or payment services, device failure, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service. We may restrict or terminate functionality for a breach or security risk. Existing orders, refunds, audit records, and legal obligations do not automatically disappear when an account ends.
10. Contact
For questions about these Terms, sign in and submit an in-account support ticket.
